Our silk screen department has over 35 years of combined experience and knows how to get the job done. We offer up to 10 color separations on our automatic presses and are all about quality and getting the job completed on time. We use only the best water based and plastisol inks to ensure that your custom screen-printed apparel has a professional feel, and the screen print is long lasting even after many washes. pANTONE COLOR MATCHING
We know that color is everything and that is why we offer pantone color matching. Your brand is your identity and therefore making sure your colors match every time is essential to every order.
COLOR SEPERATIONS AND DESIGN
If you supply us with ready to print artwork that is fantastic but not always available. Therefore, we offer both color separations and design services. We want your design to look the best it can, and our talented in-house design team is there to assist you in the design process. We also assist with color separations, which are a crucial part of the screen-printing process.
Heat Transfers and Sublimation
We offer heat transfers in 1 color for small custom orders and up to 10 colors for larger production runs. If you are looking for custom sublimated apparel, we offer both small size imprints to large order that want the entire item to have a full color print. Sublimation has really become popular in the last decade, but keep in mind that this type of printing is only available on 100% polyester material.
PRIVATE LABEL
We offer private labeling services for all of our custom apparel. The last thing you want is your design on another company's line of apparel. We offer private labeling on many types of apparel and headwear. We can heat press or screen print your label into the garment and for headwear we can sew in your tag for a retail ready solution for your apparel line.
Folding and finishing SERVICES
We provide professional retail ready apparel. Our finishing services include a variety of services such as re-labelling with your branded labels or tags, printed labels, and individual poly bagging. We can also apply customer supplied barcodes, sticker labels, size stickers to poly bags, and hang tags. Our finishing department specializes in folding and boxing large production runs. Once your items are completed, we can box and pallet your orders and ship directly to your warehouse or drop ship to your end user.
